Refund Policy

30 Day Guarantee

All of our jewellry pieces are handmade according to our specifications. We take care about, and constantly monitor the quality of our jewellry. Articles purchased from the Indulgence Pearls online store may be returned for credit, exchange or refund. Goods must be returned within 30 days in a saleable condition for credit, exchange or refund. Goods will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit if damaged or worn.

6 Months Guarantee

Any faulty goods will be replaced on receipt of faulty item returned to us within 6 months of purchase. Goods must be returned with their original packaging and sales invoice by post or in person to:

GST

All purchases prices for merchandise are inclusive of GST. All purchase prices for merchandise stated on this Website are inclusive of GST. Purchases may only be shipped to customers' billing address and not a third party address.
